Rooms with breakfast and holiday apartments in the small village of Valle San Silvestro, ca. 1,5 km away from Dobbiaco (1,320 m altitude from the sea).

A large garden with grill, parking space, bike and ski depot are available for our guests.
Hand and bath towels, bed linen and tea towels are of course available. In addition, all apartments have satellite TV and free WiFi.

In the morning we spoil you with a rich breakfast to start the day well strengthened. Whether sweet or savory, there is something for every taste!

Arrival and departure
The apartment will be ready at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 9.30 a.m. We need this time frame to clean the apartments for the arriving guests. Thanks for your understanding. In any late arrival after 6 p.m., we ask that you notify us by phone.

No smoking house
Our house is a NO-SMOKING accommodation. Please respect the smoking ban in the building.

Confirmation of your reservation
We ask for a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The reservation can be guaranteed with the payment of the deposit.

Cancellation
Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code - nevertheless we grant you the following conditions of withdrawal: up to 50 days from the date of arrival, the cancellation and modification of your reservation is free of charge. Up to 7 days from the date of arrival we charge 60% of the total cost, within the week before arrival we charge 80% of the total cost. In case of early departure, late arrival or total absence we charge 100%. Subject to changes and errors. To save costs, we advise you to protect yourself with a holiday cancellation insurance policy.
